About 2 days ago, I got on to feed and play with my pets. All of their bonding bars were full and I fed my first dog, Jake, then went to my cat Mimi. When her bars updated, her bonding bar went down to nothing. I thought it was just a glitch and just continued doing what I was doing. The next day, I fed them all again as usual, starting to build Mimi's bar back up, but checked my profile and my badge is gone. I know this isn't right because even if I did miss a day, Mimi's bar should have only gone down one tenth, not completely. Plus, I know I haven't gone more than 24 hours without feeding them, and I'd really like to have my badge back, since I did nothing to lose it.

Nope when it is missed it goes to 0....it takes 10 days to build a bond..once it is missed it takes 10 more days to build it back up....

You need to hit your bonding mark 18 hours to 36 hours after the last time it was marked (not the last time cared for, the last time your bonding mark moved)...so if you feed your pets and play...you see the bar move...that is your mark...that time of the day...

So lets say that is 8pm....well after 18 hours if you don't do it again before 36 hours...then you've missed your mark so between 4pm the next day and 10 am the day after...then you will have missed the mark...

If you did it at 3pm the next day (which is an hour before the mark)...then 20 hours after that (which is one hour after the mark) then you would have lost your bar but still cared for your pets in the 24 hour mark every day that is required so they don't starve...

Also, another bit of helpful info, if you hover over each of your pets magnet, it will tell you the BEGINNING of the 18 to 36 hour window in which you must care for your pet to keep your bonding bar elevated.
