If you were working toward a free pet in the Adoption Center, please see the previous question.
If you have adopted a pet on the FooPets Facebook application, please email facebookusers [at] foopets.com and provide your preferred email address and your user number, located on the top right corner of the FooPets Facebook application. A Customer Support representative will respond to your request shortly with a temporary password. Once you login, please change your password by going to your Profile page and clicking "Edit Profile". You can also choose a new username on that page.
