You may cancel your recurring membership at any time by logging into your account, and going to the ClubFoo page. At the bottom of the page will be a place where you can elect to cancel your membership. This will be effective immediately and you will no longer receive ClubFoo benefits.
If you don't have access to your account information, that's fine too. Just file a ticket by clicking the Submit a New Request button at the top of this page. You do not need to log in to do so. In the ticket, include the last 4 digits of the card that is being charged, and the name on the card, as well as any other details you have about the situation. We will be able to cancel it using that information.
Also, please note, if you cancel your membership, you will not be entitled to any refunds and if you decide to sign-up again, you will be billed immediately for the new membership. Please do not attempt to sign up for ClubFoo Plus for the benefits and then cancel your subscription, as we will not be able to issue a refund.
